In today’s climate, we recognise that clients need to be assured that their next hire will be the right hire. This is why Metier strives to provide as much quality assurance as possible throughout the process. Metier has a simple process to ensure that you are introduced to the best possible candidates for your vacancy and, ongoing, we fully manage the process from both sides to ensure a positive conclusion.

 

Top 10% of candidates – Metier uses a simple framework to ensure that our candidates fall under this bracket. Where possible we:

  • Check the last 3 years P60’s to ensure full target achievement;
  • We only work with candidates who have a stable track record over the last 5-10 years;
  • Where possible, we fully reference check each candidate to ensure that the information on their CV tallies with official records;
  • Where possible, we personally interview each candidate to enable us to give you an honest appraisal of their performance.

 

Exclusive Candidates – In most cases, Metier works exclusively with our candidates. Most of our candidates will not be registered with any other recruiter, nor will they apply for jobs directly. This ensures:-

  • You will not receive the same CV from multiple agencies;
  • We can fully manage the expectations and timescales of both parties to ensure a positive outcome;
  • You will be introduced to the best candidates available at any one time.
