Metier was founded in 2006 upon a combination of experienced hiring managers and experienced recruitment consultants, all with a deep knowledge of the IT sector. Metier's consultants understand the problems of hiring managers and the importance of time. Correctly matching the right individual to right opportunity is vital.

We started in the North West of England and quickly established a presence in London in 2007. Meanwhile, expansion of the northern team by 40% forced the move to a bigger, more prestigious office in South Manchester. Metier continues its plans to expand in 2009.
